Here at American Top Team West Palm Beach we believe you shouldn't have to pay more to get more. We are the only facility in Palm Beach County that offers CrossFit, Kid's Martial Arts, Boxing, Fitness Boxing, Muay Thai Kickboxing, Fitness kickboxing, and Brazilian Jiu Jitsu classes under one roof. We offer all of those classes as one membership for a lower monthly rate than any other gym would offer them individually. Your membership is not divided into what classes you are taking. We have one open membership and all classes are available, whether you want to stick to one type of class or take every class we have, it's your choice. IF YOU'RE TRAINING SOMEWHERE ELSE, YOU'RE PAYING TOO MUCH!!!! If you are currently a member of another CrossFit or MMA gym in the West Palm Beach area, if you bring us your cancellation notice from that facility, upon signing up for option 2 below, we will give you your FIRST MONTH FREE!!!!!

How can I cancel my membership?
30 Days’ Notice Cancellation Policy:
If you wish to cancel your membership, you must notify American Top Team West Palm Beach (ATTWPB) within 30 days of your next billing date to allow ATTWPB to process your request. Our cancellation policies depend upon which type of membership you have. Please see details below for specifics on each policy.
Month-Month payment memberships:
Where you have a monthly payment membership (that is not for a specified term or commitment period), you may cancel by providing notice to ATTWPB within 30 days of your next billing date. Notice must be provided in writing in person at the facility, or through email. Upon your request to cancel, future monthly payments will be stopped and your last month's prepaid dues will be applied. Please review your specific membership agreement for a complete explanation of cancellation rights.
12 Month payment memberships:
During the Commitment Period: Where you have a commitment monthly payment membership, you are not entitled to cancel your membership during the Commitment Period (even though you are making monthly payments). The Commitment Period can be found on the first page of your membership agreement. Specific exceptions may apply, allowing you to cancel your membership where certain events specified by your membership agreement take place, such as death, disability, relocation (subject to certain conditions) or military deployment. After the Commitment Period, you may cancel by providing notice to ATTWPB within 30 days of your next billing date. Upon your request to cancel, future monthly payments will be stopped and your last month's prepaid dues will be applied. Notice must be provided in writing in person at the facility, or through email. Please review your specific membership agreement for a complete explanation of cancellation rights.
Prepaid Limited Term memberships:
Where you have a prepaid limited term membership, you are not entitled to cancel your membership nor are you entitled to receive a refund of fees paid. The length of your pre-paid period can be found on the first page of your membership agreement. Please review your specific membership agreement for a complete explanation of cancellation rights.
All members will receive a paper copy of their membership agreement upon registering.
Can I freeze my membership?
Qualification and Notice Requirements: ATTWPB will only freeze your membership if you are in good standing, you have all initiation fees paid, you are current on your monthly dues, you provide at least 30 days’ notice for a freeze request to allow ATTWPB to process your request, and you qualify for one of the three categories below:
1. Medical Disability: You must provide ATTWPB with verification from your physician stating your medical disability will prevent you from using ATTWPB facilities. The minimum term for a medical freeze is three months and the maximum is six months.
2. Active Duty Military Transfer or Extended Volunteer Assignment: You must provide ATTWPB with a copy of your transfer, deployment or extended volunteer assignment orders. There is no minimum or maximum for assignment freeze. If you request a specific freeze term less than six months, your membership and monthly Electronic Funds Transfer ("EFT") or credit card charge will automatically resume at the end of the specified time. If you request a specific freeze term greater than six months, or you do not specify a freeze term, you must contact ATTWPB to reactivate.
3. Temporary Employment Transfer: You must provide ATTWPB with verification from your employer, on company letterhead, that you are being temporarily transferred. The location of your transfer must be more than 25 miles from our location. The minimum term for a temporary employment transfer freeze is three months and the maximum freeze is six months.
Extended Freeze: As a courtesy to our members, ATTWPB may approve or deny your request for an extended freeze for reasons other than those listed above. The maximum length of an extended freeze is 12 months. If ATTWPB does not receive notification to reactivate or further extend your freeze within 12 months, your membership agreement will be terminated.
Dues During Freeze: Once ATTWPB approves a membership freeze no further dues will be collected with respect to such time and your right to use the ATTWPB facility is frozen or suspended, so ATTWPB can deny you access. In the event your membership is prepaid, the term of the prepaid membership shall be extended, without further dues, for the same period of the freeze. Except for military freezes greater than 6 months or unspecified, your membership will be reactivated and your monthly EFT or credit card charge will automatically resume at the end of your freeze period.
Freeze Request Decisions: If your request does not conform to this Membership Freeze Policy, you will be notified that your request has been denied and your membership shall remain active unless cancelled.
